Over the past twelve years, substantial resources have been committed to transforming the peninsula of Soma Bay into an exclusive up-market tourism destination, including the construction of infrastructure to world class standards financed by the World Bank.
The purchase of a Soma BreeZe apartment comes with a number of Owner Benefits, including the use of the Hotel Residences' common central facilities, as well as access to Soma Bay's other facilities at preferential conditions.
The apartments can be either owner-occupied, or may be placed in a rental pool for all or part of each year, to be managed by Soma Bay's specialized hotel management company. For the first three calendar years following the start-up of the Soma BreeZe Hotel Residences, the Developer has committed to make-up any shortfall in rental revenues in order to guarantee owners a minimum return of 5% per annum over the period during which an apartment unit is offered for rent under the Soma BreeZe's Apartment Rental Program (this commitment does not apply to Duplex Penthouse apartment units - Type K).
