The Soma Breeze Hotel Residences
One of Soma Bay’s most important projects currently under construction, Soma BreeZe, luxury hotel residences, have been designed to offer a full range of hotel services and maintenance to international 5-star standards
Soma BreeZe consists of 152 fully furnished and outfitted apartment units benefiting from common central facilities usually associated with up-market resort hotels (swimming pools, gymnasium, concierged reception, engineering maintenance, central air-conditioning, children's club, housekeeping and in-house clinic).
The residences will be available in a variety of configurations ranging in size from one bedroom apartments with 102 m2 of internal space and 16 m2 of terraces (118 m2 total) to three bedroom duplex apartments with 271 m2 of internal space and 83 m2 of terraces (354 m2 total).
The purchase of a Soma BreeZe residence comes with a number of Owner Benefits, including the use of the common central facilities, as well as access to Soma Bay's other facilities at preferential conditions.
The residences can be either owner-occupied, or may be placed in the Rental Program for all or part of each year, to be managed by Soma Bay's specialized hotel management company. For the first three calendar years following the delivery of each unit, the Developer will guarantee its owner a minimum pre-tax return of 5% per annum over the period in which the apartment is kept in the rental pool. As well as benefiting financially through the managed rental program, owners will benefit through the expected capital appreciation of their investment.
