Owners of Soma BreeZe apartments units are entitled to attractive benefits offered by participating hotels and outlets throughout Soma Bay. Although subject to change from time to time the following are the principal elements of the currently applicable program.
The benefits accorded to owners, their family members, and/or resident companions, will be accessible upon presentation of a Resident Card.
Resident Cards will be issued to the owner of the residential unit and his/her immediate family members, consistent of the following:
- Upon execution of the relevant sale/purchase agreement for the residential unit, the titular owner of the unit and his /her immediate family members (spouse and children only) will be eligible to receive up to four Soma Bay Resident Cards.
- Subsequently and upon handing-over of the property and its occupancy, additional Resident Cards may be issued to family members and/or resident friends, subject to a ceiling for the number of Resident Cards issued per residential unit of two times the number of bedrooms per residential unit.
All Resident Cards will be issued on an annual calendar year basis to the individuals designated by the owner of the unit. No substitutions will be allowed during any one calendar year, such that a substitute Resident Card will not be issuable in replacement for any Resident Card during the course of any calendar year.
In addition, Temporary Guest Card will be issued to visiting friends generally limited to a maximum of one card per number of bedrooms per residential unit at any one time. Temporary Guest Cards will have a maximum validity of one month. The titular owner of the residential unit must personally apply for the issuance of these temporary short-term visitor cards.
Implementation
- Presentation of a valid Resident card shall be a pre-condition to entitle the holder to any of the benefits under this program.
- Resident cards will be issued annually and will carry photographs of the cardholder.
- Resident cards and the benefits and privileges listed below are strictly personal and are not transferable.
- Resident Cards may be cancelled and benefits withdrawn in the event of breach of any agreement or covenants.
List of Benefits
Resident Cardholders are entitled to the following:
- Reduced fees for access to the beaches of participating hotels, pending the opening of Bay Point Beach.
- 25% discount at participating hotels, on applicable tariffs for consumption of food and beverages. This discount will not apply during special events (such as year-end gala dinners).
- 20% discount on treatments offered by Les Thermes Marins des Cascades.
- 20% discount on applicable green fees and rental equipment at The Cascades Championship and Challenge Courses, subject to availability.
- 20% discount at the Soma Bay Dive Center.
- 20% discount on accommodation at participating hotels during construction of the unit.
